Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://tellocleaningservices.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Tello Cleaning Services reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Services. Tello Cleaning Services provides Exterior Window Washing, Deep Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Carpet Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://tellocleaningservices.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tello Cleaning Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. Tello Cleaning Services reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Tello Cleaning Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Tello Cleaning Services's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Tello Cleaning Services harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
